PROCESSING TIMES 
 
All Xenial Garden products are made to order. Once your order is placed, production begins immediately. 
 
Processing Time: 
• 5-10 business days 
 
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods. 
 
SHIPPING TIMES 
 
After production is complete, orders are shipped according to the selected shipping method. 
 
Estimated Shipping: 
• United States: 3-10 business days 
• Canada: 7-18 business days 
• International: 10-28 business days 
 
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. 
 
ORDER TRACKING 
 
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. 
 
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation. 
 
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION 
 
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. 
 
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, Xenial Garden cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement. 
 
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES 
 
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at: theglowupallin@gmail.com 
We will work with the shipping carrier to help locate your package and determine the best resolution. 
 
DAMAGED ITEMS 
 
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include: 
 
• Your order number 
• Photos of the damaged item 
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable) 
 
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution. 
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 
 
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. 
 
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
